The Clinical Tai Chi for Chronic Condition Rehabilitation and Management Program The Qigong for Health and Fitness Program The Tai Chi for Cardiopulmonary Health Program The courses involve step-by-step teaching and practice of the programs which contain both standing and chair-based modules designed for clients or patients with all levels of blance and mobility.
