More than thirty randomised control trials demonstrated that Tai Chi significantly improved a wide range of clinical parameters of chronic conditions including functional abilities, overall health and well-being and quality of life for chronic condition patients. 27 out of 32 randomized control trials were based on Yang Style Tai Chi, which is the style the Clinical Tai Chi for Rehabilitation and Management of Chronic Condition Program is based on.
