Exercise Medicine Australia (EMA) shall in no circumstances accept any liability for loss or damage suffered by any individual or organization as a result of purchasing and using any courses or products as listed on this website. Individuals or organizations choose to purchase and use any courses or products listed on this website at their own risk.

EMA shall make no refund for cancellation by an enrolee of any courses (self-paced online learning courses, live training courses via zoom or face-to-face courses with an online course component) once an access to an online course component is provided to a course enrolee. EMA retains the right to change or cancel any live training course via zoom or any face-to-face course due to change of circumstances. Where a live training course via zoom or face-to-face course is cancelled by EMA, a full refund will be made to course enrolees.

EMA shall make no refund for purchase of any online digital DVD once an access code is provided to a purchaser. A purchaser is entitled to receiving a replacement of any faulty physical DVDs or faulty charts after returning the physical product purchased to EMA.
